Dry gas cooled to −60°C to −120°C can be used for a variety of purposes depending on the customer’s requirements, such as adjusting the temperature of various analyzers, inspecting electronic parts, cooling equipment for medical applications, evaluating temperature characteristics, and cooling wafers.
Features
- Gas is cooled down to a maximum of −160°C in Brooks Automation Polycold Systems’ proprietary cooling cycle using only one compressor by repeatedly compressing and expanding an incombustible and safe mixed refrigerant gas.
